Abstract In this research paper, I plan to discuss the background of nurses, the different professions they work, and the salaries of an LPN and Registered Nurse. Nurses work in a variety of specialties where they work independently and as part of a team of assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. Nursing comes in various forms in culture, although the definition of the term and the practice of nursing has being known as wet nurse and latter being known as dry nurse. In the 15th century, this developed into the idea of looking after or advising another, not necessarily meaning a woman looking after a child. Little research exists on NP’s role in pre-op; thus, researches have begun to explore the emerging role. The existing research indicates that NP’s skills are more important to the overall efficiency of the pre-operative area NP’s advanced pediatric assessment skills allow them the ability to complete history and physicals on surgical patients. NP’s can collect, identify, and interpret complex patient information and laboratory values, as well as provide pre-op education and psychosocial support to patient and families(Barnett, 2005). â€Å"From 1999 to 2000, the Alberta government acknowledged a major RN shortage- a consequence of deep cuts to health care during the early Klein years on of every eight RN’s was laid off and left the province, most permanently. Mao set many rules by which the people were to live by making China at the time, a totalitarianism state. At the time of Mao's birth, Emperor Yuan ruled China in the Qing dynasty. The Qing dynasty had been controlling China since 1644 and had never been popular. Members of the Qing dynasty were called Manchu's. Many Chinese by no means accept rule from the Manchu's and many illegal secret societies were formed to try and weaken the government. A major conflict between these societies and the government was the ?Taiping' rebellion led by Hung Hsiu-Ch'uan. Tens of millions of peasants joined the Taiping armies. They took over most of Southern China and the capital, Nan king (now Nanjing). They would have defeated the government, but the west intervened and supplied the Government forces with arms and soldiers. They did not want China to become strong. The forces beat the Taiping very quickly in one of the largest mass slaughters in History. The Chinese had become convinced that the West was now invincible. China had lost a large amount of national self-confidence. During Mao's youth it was time for people to look for new ways to overcome these problems. Mao Zedong (1893-1976), also known as Mao Tse-Tung was born on December 26th 1893, in the small village of Shaoshan in the Hunan province. He came from a peasant family whose father had prospered from hard work. In Mao's seventh year in his village school there was a large attempt to drive out all foreigners, which was defeated by an international force of 2100 men. Violence was beginning to move closer Mao. SanYat-Sen, the leader of the Chinese nationalists party (called the Kuomintang) believed that a change within the government system was not possible. This renaissance was a cultural movement that included the reformation of education and artwork. Famous people in this movement were Leonardo da Vinci, the painter of the Mona Lisa and Michelangelo, the artist who painted the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. Most people only give credit to this era as being the only renaissance because they do not know what renaissance actually means. The term renaissance means a rebirth or revival. With that definition, there was another time period earlier that does not receive much credit for it truly did. It occurred in the late eighth and ninth century. The most famous person from this era was Charlemagne. He was a legendary person from this era because he was feared by enemies, but at the same time, loved by his people and for all of the things that he accomplished during his life. His people knew him as the first Holy Roman Empire because they respected him and because of the way that he pushed religion. This time period should be labeled as a renaissance because of his best achievements that he accomplished during his life. Those achievements, which helped led to the Ca rolingian Renaissance, were the way that he reformed the court systems and government, how he transformed the bartering system, and how much he emphasized the importance of information and education. Throughout history, a successful civilization has always had a strong government that can deal with its people in a respectable manor. During this time period, the current government had an unfair system. The system had two different levels; one for peasants and one for nobles. To decide the outcome of a peasant, the peasant had to grab a hot iron and if the wound healed within three days, the outcome was innocent, but that was really rare. To decide the future of a noble, the noble had to fight or hire someone to fight for them and if they win the fight they are innocent. While some people thought this was fair, Charlemagne did not agree. Therefore, he created the trail by jury. This system was when the accused would go before a panel of under oath, honorable men. This system was fairer than the older one. The reform of this government had such a positive impact; a form of it is still used today in some parts of the world. Therefore, the government during this time period was rebor n with a better philosophy. With the government reformed, the next problem that was fixed during this era was the bartering or trade system. Back in this time, if someone had power they most likely abused it. An example of this was tax collectors. Lords sent out tax collectors to receive payment for keeping their people protected. But, most people did not have money to pay taxes so they bartered with the tax collector. The tax collector decided what was sufficient enough, most of the time it was an unfair price. When Charlemagne found this out he was outraged. So he created silver coins to standardize the value of everything. With the creation of silver coins, the bartering or trade system was fairer. Just like with the reformation of the government, the system that standardized money is still used today all over the world. That is just one of the major accomplishments that supports why this time period should be labeled as a renaissance. The last major accomplishment that Charlemagne did was how he emphasized the importance of information and education. There are two ways that he did this. One way is how he pushed education on to others. Before Charlemagne ruled, literacy skills were disappearing and the only people who had this skill belonged to clergy. He wanted everyone to have literacy skills so everyone can communicate easier. One way he pushed literacy, was by transforming his palace into a center of learning, like a university today. Students came from all miles around to learn. The other way he emphasized information was by preserving old text. He had his scholars rewrite old text and scriptures in Latin to better preserve information for future generations to learn from. Both of these were new to the people because people believed that literacy was not important and information is learned from each generation instead of on paper. So, pushing education is the last reason why this time period should be call ed a renaissance. In conclusion, most people think of the fourteenth century when some says renaissance. But, with the information above, people should recognize the late eighth and early ninth century as a renaissance. They should because the government and the bartering system were reformed to more fair systems, which forms of both are still used today. The last reason is because of the revival of thinking that knowledge is power. Companies having a hard time on submitting reports about the applicants they hire because of the manual operation, thus, the PESO staff are also having a hard time creating reports.  Inconvenience, the applicants need to go to the office from time to time for them to know what jobs are available. And the companies must send a  representative to communicate and present the needed requirements before they can become a qualified employer for PESO. The problems stated above will all be solved using the proposed system which is the Online Job Posting System. OBJECTIVES OF STUDY Generally this study aims to solve issues that happened in the manual operations in Public Employment Service Office. The study is conducted to find out if minimizing the manual operations with an online job posting system could help Public Employment Service Office customers to achieve quality ordering service. Specifically, it aims to; Identify the key issues relating to the development of an online job posting system and understand the flow posting of jobs, referral and screening of applicants, recording and creation of reports and information and screening and communication with companies. Identify the problem that the staffs, employers and applicants encountered in the existing manual operations of PESO Provide a solution for the identified problem. SCOPES AND LIMITATION . The system which is job posting system will be implemented for the Public Employment Service Office. The system will be used by the staffs, employers, and applicants. Women of the 1800’s where very limited to what they could do in life; especially the women of the upper and middle class. They where expected to do nothing more than marry and to marry well. If they could not do this the life that they faced was very grim. It would be a life of spinsterhood and being care for by other family members or working as a governess for some upper class family. Jane Austen in her book Pride and Prejudice shows the reader the important of marrying and hopefully marrying well but also how important it is marry for love. Jane Austen was born in1775 and the world that she grows up in was one that was very limited for women. Jane was very lucky in the fact that her parents knew how important an education was for all children. She was sent to school but she received most of her education at home from the book in her father’s library. From David Nokes’s book â€Å"Jane Austen a Life† he tells us that Jane† had determined that whatever her fait might be she would not indulge the role of charming female imbecile.†(103) and she was not willing to marry someone she did not love. In her book, she shows us many different characters and how they go about the whole game of marriage. There are five relationships in the book that we will look at, Mr. and Mrs. Bennet, Mr. and Mrs. Gardiner, Charlotte Lucas and Mr. Collins, Lydia and Wickham, Jane and Bingley, and Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy. Mrs. Bennett is described in the book as being a women of mean understanding, little information, and uncertain temper. The virtue theory is teleological in nature that is true human nature involved in true human good. The virtue ethics is of tripartite structure. And the third element consists of all those habits, desires, perceptions which will transport human from one stage to the other stage. Hence it is very necessary to develop a moral guard in them right from their tender years so that they do not even get the desire to undertake an act which is improper.According to John Stuart Mill utilitarianism is basically the measure of human action based on the consequence received by that action. He was of the opinion that any human action which produces happiness among the human beings is a morally correct one. On the other hand an action which fails to generate human happiness is termed as morally wrong. Therefore according to Mill all human actions s hould be directed towards generating human happiness.Rather it should be the goal of all human beings to bring in happiness to others and not to one self.(West). Taking cue from the theory of J.S. Mill we can go further to say that the essence of utilitarianism is to maximize social welfare. We can take the happiness of others in a collective form and refer to it as the common good of the society.Thus according to the theory we can say that our ultimate aim should be to bring in the overall welfare of the society through our actions. Utilitarianism can be synonymous with â€Å"welfarism†. Therefore using utilitarianism we can say that all individuals are given an equal status as because a common good of the society has been mentioned. Unless all individuals are given an equal status they will not have a common welfare.Thus utilitarianism also incorporates egalitarianism.(Roemer, 1998). Even the theory of utilitarianism can be of much help in imbibing values within the student s. Reputation is what people think of you and it is a part of human nature. Nobody can dispute this fact whether they like it or not. To some, their reputation is a blessing because of positive attitudes towards them. To others, it can be an illness that they cannot cure. In William Shakespeare’s Othello, the characters of Iago, the two-faced character, Cassio, Othello’s lieutenant at the start, and Othello, the â€Å"Black Moor† and the protagonist of the play, show just how important one’s reputation can be. Iago’s reputation is an honest man and he used this to destroy others’ reputation. Othello has a changing reputation throughout the play. Cassio also has dramatically changing reputation. â€Å"I am not what I am† is a popular quote that Iago honestly says. In this play, Iago is a two-faced character. Iago’s persuasion is strong towards Othello and Cassio. He uses his good reputation as a weapon to destroy everyone’s reputation even though his reputation is the exact opposite of his true nature. This becomes evident when Othello describes Iago as â€Å"Honest Iago† and says â€Å"this fellow’s exceeding honesty†. Othello is under the impression that Iago is an honest man so he allows himself to be influenced by him and believes that he is trustworthy. Othello then believes him when he suggests that Desdemona is unfaithful to him regarding the fact that he does not know much about relationships and women. Iago also worked hard to destroy Cassio’s reputation by making him drink and making Othello believe that he is in love with Desdemona. Iago also tells us that he cares for his reputation by saying â€Å"Good name in man and woman†¦ But he that filches from me my good name robs me off that which not enriches him and makes me poor indeed† but then he tells Cassio and Othello that reputation is not important. â€Å"†¦there is more sense that than in reputation. Reputation is an idle and most false imposition†¦Ã¢â‚¬  and â€Å"Men should be what they seem†. Without Iago’s honest reputation, he would not cause the death of Desdemona and ultimately Othello. Roderigo, a suitor of Desdemona, is the only character who knows the real Iago yet Iago kills him. O damned Iago. You inhuman dog! † is what Roderigo says before he dies. This is one of the lines that show his real nature. This shows us that our reputation does not have to be true to make it or plausible among others. Acting is a good way of manipulating others about our reputation. We can use it either for good or evil. In this case, Iago uses his reputation for his own advantage and for his evil plans. Cassio is an honest and loyal man. Unfortunately his reputation is thoroughly tarnished by Iago. Iago works very hard to damage Cassio’s reputation and Othello’s impression of him. He easily loses his position as Othello’s lieutenant and his reputation when Iago plans what might happen if he drinks. â€Å"Come, lieutenant, I have a stoup of wine; and here without a brace of Cyprus gallants that would fain have a measure to the health of black Othello. † Cassio is resisting but Iago is insisting. He still drinks because he believes that Iago is making an honourable gesture towards Othello and Desdemona. He also believes that Iago is loyal to his commander. Iago then tells Roderigo to attack Cassio by saying â€Å"How now, Roderigo! I pray you after the lieutenant go! †. Roderigo then follows Iago and then Cassio makes a brawl while Othello is having a good time. Othello then asks what happened then Iago informs him what happened. Othello then fires Cassio as his lieutenant. Cassio values his reputation. It is evident when he says that â€Å"Reputation, reputation, reputation†¦ I have lost the immortal part of myself, and what remains is bestial†¦Ã¢â‚¬  Here we are shown that reputation is a human need. Good reputation prevents great public dismay. Also if you have a great reputation when you die, people will remember you meaning reputation lives longer that humans do. Good reputation also is harder to maintain than to break. It is simply fragile. Othello has a changing reputation throughout the play. Firstly we are shown a confident yet respectful man then a gullible man then a violent one until he becomes a murderer of an innocent person. From the lines â€Å"Most potent, grave and reverend signiors†¦Ã¢â‚¬  comes a person with great respect over people with greater power over him. He shows humility and respect while he is speaking and this earns him a great reputation even though he is a black man in a white people community. He also says â€Å"She loved me for the wars I fought†¦Ã¢â‚¬  around the last part of the speech meaning that the audience should see him as a hero. â€Å"This fellow’s of exceeding honesty† comes a person with a flaw, his gullibility. In here we see the irony and how he starts to trust Iago more than his beloved Desdemona. We also see that he lacks knowledge in marriage and women. He disregards himself as black and old which he thinks are the reasons why Desdemona is unfaithful to him. In the scene where Othello slaps Desdemona in front of everyone we are shown that Othello is a violent husband and not a gentleman. Biography of Edward Low, English Pirate Edward Ned Low (1690–1724) was an English criminal, sailor, and pirate. He took up piracy sometime around 1722 and was very successful, plundering dozens if not hundreds of ships over the course of his criminal career. Low was known for his cruelty to his prisoners and was greatly feared on both sides of the Atlantic. When he was a teenager, he went to sea and worked for a few years in a rigging house (where he made and repaired ships ropes and rigging) in Boston. Such missions were risky, as the Spanish coastal patrol would attack them if they were sighted. Within a couple of weeks, the Happy Delivery had taken a big prize: the 200-ton ship Greyhound, which they burned. Setting out in the remaining ships, they resumed piracy once more with great success, capturing many merchant and trading vessels. In May 1722, Low and Lowther decided to part ways. Low was then in charge of a Brigantine with two cannons and four swivel guns, and there were some 44 men serving under him. Over the next two years, Low became one of the most successful and feared pirates in the world. He and his men captured and robbed dozens of vessels over a wide area, ranging from the western coast of Africa to the southeastern United States. His flag, which was well-known and feared, consisted of a red skeleton on a black field. Tactics Low was a clever pirate who would use brute force only when necessary. His ships collected a variety of flags and he would often approach targets while flying the flag of Spain, England, or whatever other nation they thought their prey might be from. Once close, they would run up the Jolly Roger and begin firing, which was usually enough to demoralize the other ship into surrendering. Low preferred to use a small fleet of two to four pirate ships to better outmaneuver his victims. He could also use the threat of force. On more than one occasion, he sent messengers to coastal towns threatening an attack if they were not given food, water, or whatever else he wanted. In some cases, he held hostages. More often than not, the threat of force worked and Low was able to get his provisions without firing a shot. Nevertheless, Low developed a reputation for cruelty and ruthlessness. On one occasion, as he prepared to burn a ship he had recently captured and no longer needed, he ordered the ships cook tied to the mast to perish in the fire. The reason was that the man was a greasy fellow who would sizzle- this proved amusing to Low and his men. On another occasion, they caught a galley with some Portuguese aboard. Two friars were hung from the Fore-Yard and jerked up and down until they died, and another Portuguese passenger- who had made the mistake of looking sorrowful at the fate of his friends- was cut to pieces by one of Lows men. Death In June 1723, Low was sailing in his flagship Fancy and was accompanied by the Ranger, under the command of Charles Harris, a loyal lieutenant. After successfully seizing and plundering several ships off of the Carolinas, they ran into the 20-gun Greyhound, a Royal Navy ship on the lookout for pirates. The Greyhound pinned down the Ranger and shot down its mast, effectively crippling it. Low decided to run, leaving Harris and the other pirates to their fate. All of the hands on board the Ranger were captured and brought to trial in Newport, Rhode Island. Twenty-five men (including Harris) were found guilty and hung, two more were found not guilty and sent to prison, and eight more were found not guilty on the grounds that they had been forced into piracy. Historians are not quite sure what happened to Low. According to the National Maritime Museum in London, the pirate was never captured and spent the rest of his life in Brazil. Another history suggests that his crew tired of his cruelty (he supposedly shot a sleeping man he had fought with, causing the crew to despise him as a coward). Set adrift in a small ship, he was found by the French and brought to Martinique for trial and hanged. This seems the most likely account, although there is little in the way of documentation to prove it. In any event, by 1725 Low was no longer active in piracy. Legacy Edward Low  was the real deal: a ruthless, cruel, clever pirate who terrorized transatlantic shipping for about two years during the so-called Golden Age of Piracy. He brought commerce to a halt and had naval vessels searching the Caribbean for him. He became, in a sense, the poster boy for the need to control piracy. Before Low, many pirates were either cruel or successful, but Low was a sadist with a well-armed and organized fleet. Shakespeare’s portrayal of the common people of Rome is realistic since he shows how people act when they are part of a crowd. Shakespeare realized that people tend to follow the crowd; therefore, he uses this point to exemplify mob mentality which is prevalent throughout the play. In Act I, the commoners are cheering for Caesar after the defeat of Pompey, Marullus, a tribune, reminds them of how they had similarly cheered for Pompey in the same streets. The people once wait â€Å"with patient expectation, to see great Pompey pass the streets of Rome† (I. i. 42-43) This shows how the crowed seems to be easily swayed in their allegiance. Antony is a far better judge of human nature than Brutus and he uses that to his advantage. He tells the crowd of Caesar’s good works and his concern for the people. Within minutes, Antony manages to turn the crowd against Brutus, Cassius, and the other conspirators, once again demonstrating the fickleness of the crowd. The scene at the beginning of Act I where Marullus and Flavius reprimand the commoners for being fickle foreshadows the events of Act III. Antony’s speech causes the people of Rome to become enraged. Brutus first sways them to the plight of the conspirators, but Antony manages to convince them to riot in the end. They become worked up and eager to cause violence. This causes them to kill the poet Cinna in Act III, Scene III. Cinna is in the wrong place at the wrong time. The mob demonstrates an act of herd behaviour, which is when individuals in a group act together without planned directions. They ask Cinna for his name and after learning what it is, they immediately attack him even Cinna explains that he is Cinna the poet, not Cinna the conspirator. The crowd, hungry for blood, kill the innocent poet anyway, explaining that they should. This shows how the crowd, in the heat of the moment, acts irrationally. They realise that he is the wrong Cinna, but they are so enraged, they slay him anyway. Still driven by fury, the commoners then decide to torch the homes of Brutus, Cassius, Decius Brutus, Casca and Ligarius. In the play Julius Caesar, Shakespeare uses scenes to comment on the nature of mob mentality. The scenes where the crowd is easily persuaded to switch allegiance is a realistic portrayal of the common people of Rome. Today, people are still as easily convinced to change their minds. The scene where Cinna the poet is killed shows a juxtaposition of both violence and irrational thought. Violence in that they kill an innocent man, and irrational thought for the completely unjustified excuse for doing so. The term "laisser aller" or "letting go" is used by Friedrich Nietzsche to describe this state of nature, in which man resides absently of law. His use of the term represents the struggle morality wages against nature and reason. He equates morality in any form, with "tyranny and unreason." Nietzsche proposes that man's natural existence be, in essence, nihilistic. Logically, the political entity known as the state, created by man will inherit these traits. Thus, the conclusion is that the creation and institution of international law are in direct violation to nature. However, international law exists and states "generally" submit themselves to it. . Since most of this law is derived from codified norms of states, the term submission can be used. There is a disservice committed to humanity when the law is broken, not just to those who are weaker in the global community but to the law itself. A violent raping of the law is committed when it is taken in an a la carte form. The constant shifting back and forth from international law to nature creates an incoherent system and a basis for calling the reversion to the natural state, evil. In this setting "illegal" unilateral action is immoral. Conversely, the adherence to the law is equally immoral. This conclusion is drawn from the virtue of integrity. Either have a commitment to comply with morality or completely abstain from a hypocritical form of servicing the law with words and no conformity. Consistency, is an extremely important factor of a system of law. Moynihan argues that the United State has begun to traverse a path leading away from its adherence to international law.

Many authors use experiences from their life as a guide to their writing. It’s a way to express their feelings and emotions, and it’s something in which they can be passionate. Writers and authors think on a different level than anyone else. They are constantly thinking of different ideas for novels, poems or stories. The best writing comes from those who use their own lives as a basis for their writing. They know what to write about and how to describe it perfectly. The best thing about writing from experience, I think, is that, since it’s still a fictional story, you can have an idea about what you want to write about, but you’re still able to add the interesting and fun details you want to. I believe that Louisa May Alcott has written from her own life experiences. In Eight Cousins, Rose Campbell’s father passed away and she went to live with two of her aunts and her uncle, closely surrounded by her seven male cousins, as well as their mothers. She was a sickly girl and the only cure her uncle could think of was to get active, whether it was considered ladylike or not. When the two first met, he immediately got her to be outside more and to spend a little less time thinking about her health. Alcott was perceived as a tomboy and would often play outside, climbing trees or running around. She had a boy neighbor, about her age, with whom she would often play. The two were almost inseparable for a while, and he was described by Alcott as the brother she always wanted. Continuing in Eight Cousins, Rose befriended the maid of the household, Phebe, and eventually adopted her as her own sister. Rose believed in a good education, as did Alcott, and would teach Phebe all sorts of different school subjects on her own time. Rose was well educated in Latin and loved to read. She very much enjoyed school, and was extremely smart, though most of the young women in her time weren’t educated. Both Rose and Phebe looked forward to the times when they would get to study together. Phebe was never educated before, though she wished to be, and really appreciated Rose for teaching her. â€Å"For women such as Alcott, the world in which they live included women who needed to move beyond the traditional domestic ideal.†(â€Å"Unsexed†) Rose was part of the family living in a house with a maid. She was expected to clean up after herself, as was everyone else, but she went beyond that, offering to cook or clean, even when the help wasn’t asked of her. She made sure she was educated and healthy, yet still humble at the same time. Rose always wanted to help. In Eight Cousins, it was prominently noted that once Rose went to live with her aunts, uncles, and cousins, there was a major improvement in her. â€Å"In an era when women had few options for earning money, Alcott determined to overcome her family’s poverty through her prolific writing.† (â€Å"Louisa† 3) Alcott’s family struggled when it came to money, but after moving several times, things got a little easier, especially when Alcott herself started making money on h er works. â€Å"In the later juvenile novel Rose in Bloom, the theme of women’s rights is interwoven throughout the lives of its characters.†(â€Å"Louisa† 3) Alcott never married, and part of the reason was that she didn’t want to give up her independence. This was an era where women weren’t given as much respect as men, and hardly had any freedom for themselves. Alcott was very much a pro-women’s rights advocate. She did everything she could to try and get a say in society. She joined clubs and groups, and protested against the treatment women were given. â€Å"Alcott was always a strong advocate for social reforms including abolition, prison reform, and temperance, but her primary efforts were directed towards the cause of women’s suffrage.† (â€Å"Louisa† 3) In Rose in Bloom, Rose returned from a two year voyage overseas and decided that she was going to leave her mark in this world. She was a wealthy girl, so she used a lot of her money to open up homes for women and children in need. Rose too believed that women deserved an equal say in this world. â€Å"Her juvenile stories emphasize self-sacrifice and devotion to duty.†(â€Å"Louisa† 2) â€Å"Such novels have remained extremely popular for over a century† (â€Å"Louisa† 1) Alcott was a classic writer and she used her writing as a way to speak up for herself. Both Eight Cousins and Rose in Bloom can be considered almost auto-biographical, but her main story that related to her own life was Little Women, for which Alcott is most famous. Little Women was about four girls who went through their life experiencing different events along the way. When Alcott was writing, she received a request from her publisher to write a novel about a typical American girl. She was skeptical at first, but then agreed. Alcott used herself, as well as her three sisters, as her inspiration for the four main characters. â€Å"The heroine of Little Women, for example, is a rebellious young woman who strives for independence and personal achievement as a writer, but ultimately modifies her dreams when she gets married- a fact that has caused this novel to be regarded as antifeminist by some critics.†(â€Å"Louisa† 1) Although not all of the things that happened in the book happened to her, many of the events did occur in her own life. â€Å"A prominent theme in much of Alcott’s fiction is the conflict experienced by women who must choose between individuality and the bonds of family responsibilities and social traditions.†(â€Å"Louisa† 1) Alcott went beyond what was expected of her and chose to be an individual. She didn’t appreciate how women were treated, so she stood up for herself and used her books and writings to tell about it. â€Å"Her subversive sensational stories not only defied 19th-century values of womanhood, but also rebelled against the teachings of her father, Bronson Alcott, who believed in traditional ‘femininity’ and sentimentalism, in a search for human perfectionism.†(â€Å"Louisa† 2) Alcott truly used her life and feelings as her basis for writing, which is evident in her books. I believe that is why she turned out to be such a great writer. She wrote from her heart and wasn’t afraid to let people know who she really was.
